Tapi000ca Terms of Service
Terms outlined in this form are considered binding upon commission approval without the need for otherwise signed contract.
These are the terms in which all commissions will be handled with no exception.
Payment is due at the time of rough sketch approval.
Refunds will only be granted if I am absolutely unable to complete the piece.
All payments are completed through PayPal or Square invoice.
No partial payments are offered at this time.
Artwork received may only be used for non-commercial purposes. (Icons, banners, etc are OK)
Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology. This includes, but is not limited to, NFTs and cryptocurrency.
I reserve the right to use commissioned pieces to represent examples of my own work
Props, detailed armor, extra characters, and background details are subject to extra cost based on complexity.
If I am designing a character from the ground up, this is subject to extra charge at my discretion. Exact amount will be agreed upon beforehand.
I do not haggle, my prices are set.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, even if it falls outside of the above listed reasons for refusal.
Cursing, threats, harassment, etc. will result in a dropped commission with no refund and the client will be blacklisted.
If a commissioned character is found to be a stolen design, no refund will be issued and the client will be blacklisted.
If I find that my work has been "minted" as an NFT or used in ANY blockchain context, action will be taken and the client will be blacklisted.
